Presort Services

CASS - The CASS system improves the accuracy of carrier route, five-digit ZIP®, ZIP + 4®, and delivery point codes that appear on mail pieces.

NCOA - Save money and increase your direct mail results by cleaning up your mailing list through our NCOA processing service. We will take your database and match it against the Postal Service's National Change of Address file and update it with consumer or business moves.

Planet Code Tracking – Allow monitoring of mail piece delivery details — to better measure mailing effectiveness and coordinate marketing efforts.

Addressing & Inkjet

Addresses may be applied in various methods, either by laser label or printed directly with our inkjet systems with various fonts and sizes. Our specialized inkjet system allows for color taglines such as, “Call Today for 10% Off!”.

Match Mail, Inserting & Assembly

Whether you need to send a direct mail campaign that includes matching the letter to an envelope, or a generic letter inserted into an envelope, assembly of a pocket folder, sample packet or small gift, ROLTIME can handle it all.

Laser Printing & Personalization

With the latest technology ROLTIME can provide digital black & white and color laser printing allowing each piece to be personalized with name, address and additional variable information. In addition, we can customize your direct mail pieces with variable images based on certain criteria such as gender or age.

Hand Assembly

For those projects that cannot be done by machine, ROLTIME has a fast, accurate method of hand inserting. This provides an option for inserting many pieces or pieces of varying sizes into one envelope with each piece receiving special handling if necessary.

Delivery to the post office can be at your local BMC post office or across the nation with our drop ship services.
